Costumes/Items ordered through Comic Costumes

All costumes, accessories or related materials are provided as a novelty item only. Costumes are warranted to be of character likeness only. FOB is our delivery point once costume order has been placed. It will not be warranted for casual use or nominal wear. Costumes are not indented for rigorous or extended aggressive use. Costumes are made for entertainment purposes only.  By placing an order with Comic Costumes you do hereby release Comic Costumes, its suppliers, officers, employees, independent contractors and agents from all liability, and do hereby waive as against Comic Costumes, its suppliers, officers, employees, independent contractors and agents all recourses, proceedings, claims, and causes of action of any kind whatsoever. And you hereby acknowledge and agree that each item and costume purchased is for novelty use only and will not be used in any manor other than its intended use, for display purposes only.
 

Resin Kits/ Statues

All items stored smoke/pet free environment. Shipping for all resin kits include insurance and delivery confirmation which are required. Any shipping damages incurred during the delivery process must be reimbursed via insurance – a refund for a broken
item must be obtained thru the post office! No return packages will be accepted with out a valid RMA and proper insurance on return delivery.
